Mr. Beltran is the President and Head of Property Operations for TVO Management Services overseeing both the owned and fee-managed property portfolioses.
Laura Sanchez's career in the industry began in 2001 with TVO where she was first involved on the staff a multifamily property.
Mr. Stuart manages TVO Management Services property accounting to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to all partners and investors.
Senior Management Team
Mr. Stasiewicz heads the Asset Management Group and its reporting responsibilities for TVO's owned and fee-managed property portfolio.
Mr. Griffiths initially joined TVO North America as a member of its Development Group in mid-2007 following a period of approximately ten years in the hospitality industry.
Mr. Daley joined TVO in 1999 as a Project Manager with TVO Construction Services, overseeing and managing new construction and capital improvements and renovation projects for TVO's owned and fee-managed property portfolio.
Mr. Pakaki heads TVO’s IT Department and is responsible for all of TVO Groupe’s technology and software applications including the TVO secured investor-portal.
Ms. Whitehead is the developer of the company's training program and TVO University in addition to providing support nationwide for TVO’s multifamily portfolio.
Mr. Vandenburg oversees a portfolio of multifamily properties located in the southeast and southwest regions of the country.
Luigi (“Lou”) Pereira is responsible for all financial control and treasury matters.
